The Successful Candidate:
This lovingly restored Gastro/property is looking for a Head Chef: someone who is passionate about working with the best produce available much from the Norfolk countryside. In a newly refurbished kitchen (fully induction) with all the bells and whistles including a highly talented and motivated team!!!
To be suitably qualified for this role you will likely be in a Sous Chef or (ambitious) Junior Sous role currently and must be able to demonstrate a minimum 3-rosette/Michelin Star level background. As Head Chef you must be a strong all-rounder, able to cover all sections and deputise for the Chef Patron in his absence you should have knowledge of GP’s and EHO legislation.
You must have a passion for amazing quality cuisine, as well as a solid background in food costing, menu creation and implementation and staff training and development.
