The Position: Head Chef

The Candidate Requirement:

This Stunning Hotel is looking for a Head Chef, with experience at 3-4rosette/Michelin Star level to maintain the property's current accolades and possibly gain further accolades.  As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the running of the main kitchen, with the main emphasis on dinner service, but also encompassing breakfast, and afternoon tea and overseeing a small bistro restaurant which has it’s own head chef. You must have gained 3 rosettes as Head Chef in your own right!!!  You will have access to all the fresh produce you could ever want – particularly fish and game, beef And lamb that comes directly from the estate you will be guaranteed the support you need to achieve goals and further accolades
