We are in our third year of business and are on track to double turnover, having five people within our operation, we look to specialise in high class, fine dining expertise and management positions.

The make up of our company and employees combines over 80 years of catering knowledge from Group Executive Chef, branded restaurant and bars operations, 2 Michelin Starred experience, front office and Assistant Management level of Red Starred properties and a Director of a group of Hotels.
