Restaurant Manager, 3 rosette level, North East, £30k

The Candidate Requirement: Ideally, having gained supervisory experience within a high class four or five, preferably Red Star hotel restaurant the successful candidate will be seeking a managerial role allowing them to demonstrate exacting standards and the ability to train and motivate their team to deliver first class service. The Restaurant Manager will be service orientated and, whilst financial acumen is preferable, you will enjoy the support of an experienced financial controller. The multi-rosette restaurant enjoys a loyal following amongst local diners has been regarded as one of the North East’s finest restaurants for many years.

Our Client: Elegant Georgian country house hotel located in a quiet, leafy area close to the main city centre. Our client has enjoyed a sustained period as one of the north east’s most popular destination restaurants attracting a loyal following of visitors and strong local trade.

Benefits: A salary of up to £30,000 plus gratuities, uniform and meals on duty
