Sous Chef - Banqueting, 2 rosette level, Surrey, c£35k

The Candidate Requirement: We’re looking for a superb Head Chef to take over the running of the banqueting/events kitchen within this prestigious property – you’ll be required to produce dishes to 2-rosette level, supported by an excellent team, for a range of events and weddings of up to 300 covers.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a stable background in high quality dining operations (minimum 2 rosette level) and will have a flair and originality to bring to the team, whilst also being a competent kitchen manager – capable to managing all aspects of budget control, H&S controls and training and development of the brigade.

You’ll have excellent support from a superb Exec Chef and a long-standing team.

Our Client: A striking listed building set in acres of parkland; this hotel has been extensively upgraded throughout and is still undergoing reinvestment. A strong and long-serving team are already in place and are working towards achieving further accolades.
