Head Chef, Fab Employer and Property, 2 rosette level, North West, £36-40k
The Candidate Requirement: This fabulous recently refurbished boutique Hotel is looking for a Head Chef, with minimum experience at 2-rosette level.
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the running of the contemporary styled main kitchen, with the main emphasis on dinner service, but also encompassing breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and a small number of mainly exclusive-use weddings.
To be suitably qualified for this role you will be Head Chef (or at the very least Senior Sous) in a 2 rosette property, and have a passion for cooking bold flavoured comfort food - dishes which will have guests coming back for again and again for your food!
You should have strong leadership and communication skills and be very cuisine and service oriented. This is an extremely hands on role and demands skill in balancing time and effort, both with clients and staffing, however, you will be working for a superb employer, who looks after their teams well!
