Restaurant Manager, Home Counties, Michelin Star/3 rosette level, £42k

The Candidate Requirement:  Well presented, articulate service professional with a thorough understanding of both classical and modern cookery and a working knowledge of bar and wine service to lead the Restaurant team  in delivering first class, friendly service within award winning destination restaurant. Ideally you will have some experience of working in a Michelin starred (or minimum 3 rosette) environment and may presently be working as assistant manager within a starred restaurant, seeking progression. You will be able to assume responsibility for ensuring all financial targets and controls are adhered to.

With firm and realistic aspirations of a Michelin star the position of Restaurant Manager represents an exciting and rewarding opportunity for the successful candidate.

Benefits:  A salary of up to £42,000 inclusive of service meals on duty and the benefits of fixed days off weekly.

n.b. You must hold an EU Work Permit valid for at least 18 months to be eligible for this role.
