Senior Sous Chef, 2-3 rosette level, Hampshire, £30k

The Candidate Requirement: The successful Senior Sous Chef will be able to demonstrate a 2-3 rosette level background, and have a flair and originality to bring to the team. As Senior Sous Chef you must be a competent all-rounder, able to cover all sections and deputise for the Head Chef in his absence and have some knowledge of GP’s and hygiene legislation.

You should have a passion for quality cuisine, as well as having a solid background in food costing, menu creation and implementation, staff training and development. Your CV will show longevity in your previous positions and also experience in some high-volume operations.
