Assistant Restaurant Manager, 3 rosette level, Wales, £24-26k

The Successful Candidate: We’re looking for a Supervisor or Head Waiter currently in a 3-rosette/Michelin star level restaurant to become Assistant Restaurant Manager and support the Restaurant Manager in this superb property.  You will be working alongside the Restaurant Manager to run shifts; ensure guests expectations are exceeded at all times; train, develop and motivate staff; maximise revenue by upselling products.

The style here is ‘contemporary luxury’, something just a little different, yet still delivering exceptional levels of food quality and service. And as such, you will be driven by exceeding customer expectation and the love of good food served well! It is important that you understand the service levels required and therefore you will be currently working in a 3 rosette level Restaurant - and be able to show a stable work.
