Operations Manager, 4 star + rosette experience, South West, c£42k

The Candidate Requirement:  Having gained extensive experience in all areas of a quality hotel and able to work within and understand budgets you will take full operational control  of this town centre hotel which enjoys strong year round F&B trade through restaurant , bars and C&B departments. Ideally you will have a working knowledge of web site construction and social media and a willingness to engage local business with a view to increasing awareness of the hotel in the local community.

Our Client:   The hotel has recently been acquired by a small, high quality hotel group which have successfully developed their other properties into luxury destinations offering excellent food, accommodation and service standards. The hotel will be developed to bring the property in line with its sister properties whilst striving to  maintain existing customer loyalty

Benefits:  A  salary of up to £42,000 p.a. 

n.b. You must hold an EU Work Permit valid for at least 18 months to be eligible for this role.
