Restaurant Manager, Cotswolds, 3 rosette level, £30k

The Candidate Requirement:  Standards driven candidate focused on delivering polished and attentive service within multi rosette Michelin Starred country house hotel. An excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager presently operating within a luxury hotel restaurant wishing to gain progression or for an existing Restaurant Manager wishing to gain further development within a Michelin starred environment. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a stable career history and previous experience within a quality hotel to at least four star standard along with operational experience at supervisory or management level within a Michelin starred restaurant.
