Head Chef, Birmingham, £35-40k

The Candidate Requirement: We require a Head Chef to manage the food operation here, serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, some small Conference lunches and of course room service.

You should have a passion for quality cuisine and a solid background in food costing, menu creation and staff recruitment, training and development.

You must be able to demonstrate a stable corporate hotel operations, in 4 star level properties. This property is a new build and as such all facilities are purpose built – including the kitchen!  You will be required to recruit and train your team, put systems and procedures for Health and Safety and HACCP in place and oversee all aspects of running and managing a busy operation.
