The Position: F&B Operations Manager

The Candidate Requirement:

You must have extensive experience of all F&B departments, gained within a luxury country house hotel (5 star or red starred). Working to agreed budgets and sales targets, you will ensure the F&B department achieves or exceeds financial targets whilst controlling expenditure and payroll costs through effective use of labour and accurate stock control. Although not essential, experience gained within a luxury London hotel would be beneficial.

A salary of up to £60k, performance related management bonus, healthcare and pension.
