The Candidate Requirement:  Experienced restaurant manager with proven track record displaying both  first class customer skills, excellent man management and responsibility for stock control and gross profit margins. The restaurant recently completed extensive expansion and refurbishment and is widely tipped to achieve Michelin star status.

With firm and realistic aspirations of a Michelin star the position of Restaurant Manager represents an exciting and rewarding opportunity for the successful candidate.
