Restaurant Manager, South West, 2-3 rosette level experience, £30k
The Candidate Requirement: Energetic, customer focused Restaurant Manager with a relevant fine dining experience within a first class multi rosette operation. The candidate will assume full responsibility for the multi rosette restaurant and will be required to deliver outstanding service by ensuring training and motivation of the F&B team. Position may suit an Assistant Restaurant Manager with relevant luxury country house hotel experience, ideally gained with a Red Star property. The role will combine the hands on skills and an organised approach to the administrative requirements in maintaining up to date documentation to comply with health and safety legislation, staff appraisals and labour costs.

Benefits: A salary of up to £30,000 inclusive of service charge and meals on duty. Temporary live in available.
