Restaurant Manager, 3 rosette level, Berkshire, £35k

The Candidate Requirement:  Reporting directly too, and deputising for the Restaurant Director you will be a passionate front of house candidate with previous supervisory experience gained within a luxury hotel environment. You will work closely with the Assistant Restaurant Managers to ensure faultless service through the delivery of well defined and carefully monitored training. Excellent communicator with the ability to ensure all service staff possesses a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items.

Our Client:   Instantly recognisable as one of the U.K’s grandest country house, having recently undergone an extensive refurbishment programme, the hotel forms part of a small group of luxurious properties recognised as market leaders in the country house hotel market.

Benefits:    A salary of up to £35,000 plus service charge, meals on duty and uniform.
