The Successful Candidate: This Hotel seeks a strong kitchen manager to take over the helm of this well-established property. Your aim will be to develop menus and inspire the team with a view to maintaining and exceeding the existing 2-rosette level, therefore you will have a passion for quality cuisine and be happy to cope with some small banqueting events. You must be able to demonstrate a solid background in food costing, menu creation and implementation and staff training and development and you will ideally be able to show a stable background in 4 star and 2 rosette level properties.
Our Client: A renowned and beautiful property set in acres of landscaped gardens, having been decorated internally to achieve a contemporary boutique-style atmosphere. The Hotel operates a renowned rosetted restaurant, luxurious spa and banqueting for about 120 covers.
