Sommelier, 3 rosette experience, £25k + grats, Wales

The Candidate Requirement:  An experienced and knowledgeable sommelier, preferably with a formal qualification in wine, to assume responsibility for wine service , cellar management and wine list compilation for their  fine dining restaurant located within a stunning country house hotel in mid Wales. Working closely with the restaurant manager you will be able to advise guests in matching food and wine.

Our Client:  Stunning, award winning country house hotel which is part of an expanding group of leading luxury hotels. The hotel is set in extensive grounds and enjoys a well balanced mix of leisure and corporate business.

Benefits:  A salary of up to 25,000 plus grats, uniform and meals on duty.
