The Candidate Requirement: This fabulous Hotel is looking for a Junior Sous Chef! You will be responsible for assisting in the running of the main kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, overseeing the sections as well as training the more junior members of the team.
You must have aspirations and the ability to work alongside a well recognised 3 rosette Head Chef, you will have access to all the fresh produce you could ever want – particularly fish and game, you will be guaranteed the support you need to achieve your goals! Your CV should show a strong background in highly accoladed properties and longevity within.
