Group Sales Manager, Midlands, £45k

The Candidate Requirement:  A self confident, highly motivated sales and marketing professional, ideally with a hospitality background with the ability to identify and target new areas of business with a view to increasing, corporate and leisure business within a small group of quite varied hotels located across central England and East Anglia. You will manage a team of 18, ensuring all possible leads are followed and revenue is maximised. Reporting to the Regional Managing Director and Group Finance Director you will be required to work across all the hotels within the group, a driving licence is therefore essential.

Our Client:  Having acquired several hotels in recent years our client completed refurbishment of their first property in 2015 and has busily been applying the same care and attention to ensure the group delivers the highest standards of luxury and service throughout. The properties have been afforded extensive investment aimed at establishing the group as one of the market leaders in the luxury hotel sector.              

Benefits: A salary of up to £40,000 and benefits package.
