Pastry Sous Chef, c£35,000 London, MUST have Michelin experience

The Candidate Requirement:  We are looking for an exceptional pastry chef to help develop the pastry section within this large operation.  You will help manage a team of pastry chefs and be responsible for the planning and costing of all menus in conjunction with the Head Pastry Chef, whilst controlling all ordering for your department and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to exacting standards.  You must be able to demonstrate some experience at Michelin level, and have a flair and originality to bring to the team.

You will be required to produce desserts and pastries such as petit fours, ice creams, sorbets, soufflés, canapés and parfaits to Michelin star level.  This is a great opportunity to work with a dedicated and passionate team who are determined to achieve recognition.
