Restaurant Manager 2 rosette + level Midlands £30-40,000

The Successful Candidate: We’re looking for a Head Waiter or Assistant Manager currently in a minimum 2-rosette level restaurant to become our Food and Beverage Manager, supporting the Restaurant Team in this superb property on a daily basis.  This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to run shifts; ensure guests expectations are exceeded at all times; train, develop and motivate staff; maximise revenue by upselling products; you will be driven by exceeding customer expectation and the love of good food served well! It is important that you understand the service levels required and therefore you will be currently working in a minimum 2 rosette Restaurant - and be able to show a stable work history.
