Senior Chef de Partie Pastry, 2-3 rosette level, £27-28k

The Candidate Requirement: You should be able to work on your own initiative as well as being part of a dedicated team, possess an excellent confident manner and be able to work efficiently under pressure.  You will work closely with the Head and Sous Pastry Chefs to ensure standards are maintained and also to help to develop junior brigade members.

You must have experience at 2-3 rosette level to be successful in this position, and you will be rewarded for your commitment to the team. This role offers the opportunity to work with and learn from an outstanding team and be part of an exciting future!

Our Client: Superb property, under exceptional ownership, due to undergo further development. Looking to achieve minimum 1 star Michelin level, the operation offers a fabulous fine dining restaurant and a larger Brasserie.
