Assistant Restaurant Manager, Cotswolds, 3 rosette level, £35,000
The Candidate Requirement: Well presented, articulate service professional with a thorough understanding of both classical and modern cookery and a working knowledge of bar and wine service to support the Restaurant Manager in delivering first class , friendly service within award winning destination restaurant. Ideally you will have some experience of working in a Michelin starred environment and may presently be working as a supervisor within a starred restaurant seeking progression. You will be able to assume responsibility for ensuring all financial targets and controls are adhered to.

Benefits: A salary of up to £35,000 plus gratuities and meals on duty. Assistance with accommodation may be available.
