The Successful Candidate: This is a great opportunity to run your own kitchen, within a lovely boutique property which offers guest a relaxed setting. The food offering is simple and unfussy, yet using the best produce available – working alongside a great Exec Chef, this role would suit a current Sous Chef who is ready to manage their own team.
You should be experienced in getting the best from your fresh ingredients to produce a range of small plates and main dishes which will be comforting to guests.
As Head Chef, you also have some experience of cost/stock controls, the ability to develop menus and manage the brigade.
