Food and Beverage Manager, Cornwall, 4 star experience, £40,000

The Candidate Requirement:  Looking to climb the next step in the ladder, if you have extensive food and beverage experience gained in a quality hotel environment and a desire to join a company that will develop your career into hotel general management this is the opportunity for you. You will possess the relevant craft and financial skills to ensure that that the very highest standards of service are provided whilst ensuring financial targets and gross profit margins are achieved. Though the core role is to manage all F&B areas the successful candidate will be required to deputise for the General Manager and perform some Duty Manager shifts, previous experience in front office and housekeeping, though not essential, would be beneficial.

Our Client: Family owned 4 star resort hotel in stunning waterfront location offering award winning restaurant rightfully proud of an enviable reputation for the care and development of its employees. The hotel can boast a record of nurturing talented employees, the present G.M having initially been employed in this role. The hotel recently completed the final phase of its brand new Spa complex which has been built to secure the hotel as a leading leisure destination in the South West.

Benefits:  A salary of up to £40,000 and meals on duty.
