The Candidate Requirement: To be suitably qualified for this role you must be able to demonstrate a Michelin level background, and have a flair and originality to bring to the team. As Head Chef you must be a strong all-rounder, able to cover all sections and deputise for the Exec Chef in his absence and have some knowledge of GP’s and hygiene legislation.
Your passion must be for using the most incredible ingredients to produce exceptional flavours and amazing presentation.
Naturally you will be a great kitchen manager and team leader, be able to give the Head Chef solid back-up.
Your background will provide you with the skills and knowledge to get the best out of your ingredients, and help develop this highly acclaimed restaurant even further.
