Sous Chef, 2-3 rosette level, Berkshire, £31-35k package
The Successful Candidate: This fab property is looking for a great Sous Chef: someone who is passionate about working with the best produce available – local wherever possible.
You will currently be a great Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous at a 2-3 rosette level property – and will relish the opportunity to work with a small team. Working with a small team, alongside the Chef Patron who sources the best produce available, locally wherever possible and works with a loyal team to produce exceptional dishes without too much fuss, you will also have the drive to help motivate the team and assist the head chef in menu development ideas.
As Sous Chef you must be a competent all-rounder, able to cover all sections.
