Sous Chef, minimum 2 rosette level, North West £27-32,000 p.a.

The Candidate Requirement:  This outstanding property seeks a Sous Chef to work alongside the Exec Chef in this relaxed dining, bar and restaurant – offering exceptional classic dishes but with a special twist. Initially working to 2 rosette level but pushing towards more in the future. You’ll have all the toys (Josper, meat ageing room etc) in order to deliver these exceptional dishes.

Naturally, experience at minimum 2 rosette level is essential, you will have similar experience already, be passionate about using quality local produce to develop exciting menus, whilst being able to train and develop your team, manage GP/budgets/costings, negotiate with suppliers and maintain an excellent working relationship with the front of house team.
