Operations Manager, Yorkshire, 4/5 star experience, £40k
The Candidate Requirement: The ideal candidate will be an exceptional host and people manager. You’ll be experienced in the corporate market but also with working knowledge of Spa operation and rosetted food offerings, along with the ability to control costs, have good working knowledge of health and safety legislation whilst being able to oversee the running of this busy operation.
You will have recent experience as a DGM/Operations Manager in a 4 star and rosetted environment and be passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Essentially, you must be a fantastic coach (as training is high on the agenda here), organised and a great organiser of others, a superb leader who is passionate about getting the whole team on board with the ethos of “great people, great place to work and great results”. You will also have a good all-round background to include people management, training, sales, standards, budgeting, financial and administration skills, as well as the hands-on ability to oversee all departments and ensure guest satisfaction is exceeded at all times.
