Food and Beverage Manager, Wales, Minimum 3 rosette and 4 star experience, £35,000

The Candidate Requirement:  This exceptional property seeks a hands-on manager to become their Food and Beverage Manager – responsible for overseeing the restaurants, banqueting and bars operations – incorporating one main property and two smaller sister-operations.  Your brief will be to deliver consistently outstanding service levels, and to be capable of achieving this you will already have a background in 4+ star and multi-rosette level properties.

The successful Food and Beverage Manager will be exceptional host and people manager, mindful of cost controls, have knowledge of H&S legislation, sales and budgeting.
