Restaurant Manager, Berkshire, 3 rosettes, £33,000p.a.
The Candidate Requirement: Having gained extensive supervisory experience within a fine dining restaurant, preferably within a luxury hotel environment, the Restaurant Manager will ensure the highest level of service at all times. You will be responsible for training, recruitment and appraisal of staff and will be required to maintain accurate records of hours worked. Working closely with the Executive Head Chef and F&B Manager you will strive to improve service standards and maintain detailed guest profiles.

Benefits: A salary of £33,000 inclusive of service charge with free meals on duty and excellent company benefits package.
