Head Chef, 2 rosette level, Oxfordshire, £40-42k package
The Candidate Requirement: Superb opportunity for a Head Chef (or perhaps a Senior Sous Chef with a stunning background), experienced at 2-rosette level to take on your own kitchen. Working with a small team, for private owners who are passionate about providing the very best for their customers but in a relaxed environment, you will source the best produce available, locally wherever possible and produce exceptional dishes without too much fuss! Naturally, you will also be a great kitchen manager and team leader, able to handle the financial and H&S aspects of the role too.
This really is a fab position for a Head Chef keen to make their mark, supported by experienced owners.
