Sous Chef, 1-2 rosette level, Berkshire, £22-24k + tips

The Successful Candidate: This fab property is looking for a great Sous Chef: someone who is passionate about working with the best produce available – local wherever possible.

You will currently be a great Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous at a 1-2 rosette level property – and will relish the opportunity to work with a small team, alongside the Chef Patron who sources the best produce available, locally wherever possible and works to produce exceptional dishes without too much fuss, you will also have the drive to help motivate the team and assist the head chef in menu development ideas, and deputise in his absence.

As Sous Chef you must be a competent all-rounder, able to cover all sections.

Salary c£22-24,000 inclusive of accommodation, + c£200 pcm tip share.
