Sous Chef, Yorkshire, £24k

The Candidate Requirement:  We’re looking for an experienced Chef to join an exceptionally busy Banqueting venue.

As Sous Chef, you will work with the Head Chef to produce all dishes from fresh ingredients (all except bread and ice-cream that is!), whilst maintaining the high levels of expectations and standards already place, as well as ensuring that the standards of health and hygiene are adhered to.

Applicants are required to have a superb solid background of working at a minimum of Chef de Partie level within a 4/5 star hotel, with rosette awards or large award-winning kitchen.

To be considered for this position you will need to be highly motivated and passionate, have great attention to detail and also have excellent communication and organisation skills.
