Chef de Partie, Mon-Fri, straight shifts, 3rosette/Michelin level, £26k

The Candidate Requirement:  We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join this brigade which supports award winning kitchens in their day to day running.  With the addition of a new outside catering arm, there may be the requirement to work the occasional weekend day, but time off in lieu will be given.

The role involves producing restaurant quality dishes to Michelin star standard, which will be used across a number of high-profile restaurants – you will be based in a newly refurbished environment with every piece of equipment you will ever need in order to produce consistently exceptional standards, and as such you should be a strong all-rounder, with experience at minimum 3-rosette/1 star Michelin level.
