Head Pastry chef, Channel Islands, £35k

The Successful Candidate: An opportunity has arisen for a talented Head Pastry Chef to join this Award Winning brigade. You will be required to produce desserts and pastries such as petit fours, ice creams, sorbets, soufflés, canapés, parfaits and several breads to Rosette level – and as such you must have experience of working at Rosette & Michelin Star level as a Pastry Chef.
