Head Chef Herefordshire 1-2 Rosette standard £40-£45k
Our Client: Privately owned 80 bed period property with a central location having had major internal refurbishment and being taken under new management and ownership with a plan to develop services and standards across the board including the newly fitted restaurant and lounge offering.
The Successful Candidate: The ideal candidate will have experience from within a rosette environment, to service this operation with an all fresh food offering. You should be capable of managing the team and departmental budgets whilst achieving consistency in standards.
The kitchen serves an 80-cover restaurant along with some banqueting work for up to 100 people. You should have good experience of the financial aspects of the role, along with working knowledge of health and hygiene legislation and the drive and enthusiasm to help develop your brigade.
