The Candidate Requirement: We are looking for an exceptional Head Chef to join the team within this outstanding operation. Your standards must be of the highest level and volume no stranger to you! Your CV should show a constant stream of longevity through the ranks of respected restaurant operations at a 2 rosette level. This operation is slick to say the least and is run by a superb and well respected Company, which will look great on your CV! You will have a brand new kitchen to operate from including sous vide, Josper and pizza ovens using craft and sourdough bases!!!
