Operations Manager, £35-36k, Warwickshire

The Candidate RequirementConfident all-rounder required to work with long standing team and committed owner.  You should have some experience of rosette requirements and be able to help lead and further develop both the team and the business.  Since the property is reasonably small you will oversee all departments, however a particular focus will be on Front of House and Restaurant areas.

Our Client:  This hotel is a period building, having been lovingly refurbished to make it a contemporary boutique-style Hotel, a lovely refined operation. Inside, there are comfortable lounge areas and a contemporary restaurant, where good local ingredients are prepared with skill and minimal fuss. Repeat business is key here, there is a very loyal restaurant trade, and these guests need looking after!
