Sous Chef, 3 rosette level, Scotland to £28k
The Candidate Requirement: This fab property is looking for a great Sous Chef: someone who is passionate about working with the best produce available.
You will currently be a great Sous/Junior Sous Chef (ideally with some pastry experience) at a 3 rosette level property – and will relish the opportunity to work with a small team, and a superb Head Chef.
Working with a small team, for owners who are passionate about providing the very best for their customers but in a relaxed environment, you will source the best produce available, locally wherever possible and produce exceptional dishes without too much fuss, you will also have the drive to motivate the team and assist the Sous chef in menu development ideas.
