The Successful Candidate:  This stunning, renowned boutique Hotel requires an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the highly accoladed fine dining restaurant and lounge areas. You must have a passion for cuisine, be able to cope with some volume, have exacting standards and a passion for staff training. This is a ‘peach’ of a job and will certainly add a gold star to your CV! Experience at Restaurant Manager level in a 3 rosette/Michelin starred property essential.
