Sous Chef, 3 rosette level, Midlands, £35k package

The Candidate Requirement:  This fab restaurant is looking for a great Sous Chef: someone who is passionate about working with the best produce available.

You will currently be a great Sous/Junior Sous Chef at a 3 rosette level/Michelin star property – and will relish the opportunity to work with a small team, and a superb Head Chef - who is passionate about providing the very best for their customers but in a relaxed environment.

You will cook with the best produce available, locally wherever possible and produce exceptional dishes without too much fuss, you will also have the drive to motivate the team and assist the Head Chef in menu development ideas too.

4 day working week to boot!
