Head Sommelier, Michelin experience, £38,000, South West

The Candidate Requirement:  The Head Sommelier will have gained considerable experience within a first class formal restaurant to a minimum 3 rosette standard. You will be aware of the levels of service and knowledge that are required within a Michelin starred fine dining operation and guest expectations that accompany a top Red Star hotel environment. The Head Sommelier will work closely with a Sommelier and Commis Sommelier to deliver seamless beverage service. The successful candidate will be responsible for a cellar exceeding 600 bins, as such a recognised formal qualification would be preferred.

Benefits: A salary of £38,000 plus service charge.
