Head Chef, Hampshire, £40-42k
The Candidate Requirement: We require a Head Chef to manage a busy food operation here, major investment has just been spent to refurbish dining areas ready for a new concept launch. The new restaurant will offer a fresh Mediterranean menu, and the Head Chef will create menus to cover breakfast, lunch and dinner services, plus some small Conference lunches, Weddings to 2 rosette level, Afternoon Tea and of course room service.
You should have a passion for quality cuisine and a solid background in food costing, menu creation and staff recruitment, training and development.
You must be able to demonstrate a stable corporate hotel operations, in 4 star level properties. You will be required to mentor and train your team of 12, manage systems and procedures for Health and Safety and HACCP and oversee all aspects of running and managing a busy operation.

Salary to £40-42k
