Deputy General Manager, South Coast, £60,000 + service
The Candidate Requirement: Having gained extensive experience within a luxury country house hotel to a minimum 4, preferably red star standard, you will work closely with an deputise for the General Manager ensuring a strong management presence is visible at all times You will possess an understanding of all hotel departments with a strong emphasis on delivering seamless standards within all F&B outlets. The hotel thrives on its ability to deliver an unforgettable guest experience as such you will make it your personal goal to ensure all guests leave with a strong desire to return. Strong financial acumen, in depth knowledge of relevant H&S legislation and an ability to develop HOD’s are desirable qualities in the ideal candidate.
