Head Waiter, 3 rosette level, Hampshire, £20k
The Candidate Requirement: Having gained previous fine dining and banqueting experience within a four or five star, preferably country house, hotel the Head Waiter will supervise the service teams in order to ensure the very highest levels of service in the multi rosette restaurant and to the wedding and corporate guests enjoying the luxurious C&B facilities within the hotel. As Head Waiter you will possess excellent communication skills to ensure that both guests and FOH service staff are fully aware of all menu items. The Head Waiter will be prepared to assist the Restaurant Manager in training of the service team to ensure the continued development and improvement of FOH service standards.

Benefits: A salary of up to £20,000 plus service charge and gratuities, free meals on duty and uniform provided. Temporary live in accommodation is available.
