Operations Manager, Wales, £40k

The Candidate Requirement:  This fab boutique company seeks a hands-on manager to become their Operations Manager – responsible for overseeing all operational departments – Food and Beverage, Banqueting, Housekeeping; Maintenance – incorporating one main property and two smaller sister-operations.  Your brief will be to deliver consistently outstanding service levels, and to be capable of achieving this you will already have a background in 4+ star and multi-rosette level properties.

The successful Operations Manager will be exceptional host and people manager, mindful of cost controls, have knowledge of H&S legislation, sales and budgeting.
