Sous Chef, rosette level, Sussex, £27k

The Successful Candidate:  We are currently looking for a  Sous Chef to help support the Head Chef on a day to day basis, taking the helm in their absence. You will be leading a team of chefs cooking for the 1 rosette restaurant as well as some banqueting/private dining.

You should be a good all rounder with a calm approach and no stranger to a busy operation. You should be focused, passionate and driven to high standards as well as being well organised. You should also possess a level of financial acumen to ensure that budgets, percentages and margins are adhered to, understanding of Health and Safety legislation would be a bonus too.
