Restaurant Manager, Cotswolds, £27-35k

The Candidate Requirement: We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to run this busy Brasserie/Cafe-style facility. You will be a strong hands-on manager with a high-quality background - some rosette/Michelin experience is desirable, you’ll be an exceptional host and people manager, mindful of cost controls, have good working knowledge of health and safety legislation whilst being able to recruit, supervise, develop and motivate a committed team.  You must have a passion for and understanding of organic farming and for serving the most exceptional produce.  This is a super opportunity for a dedicated candidate, working sociable hours and alongside a devoted team.

Our Client: Renowned organic farm supplying outlets across the UK.  Naturally the provenance of produce is of the utmost importance as are the skills and passion of the team!
